Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts ( remove fat)
1 cup water for the chicken
2 cloves of garlic
 
3 hard-boiled eggs
2-3 carrots
2-3 stalks of celery
5-6 Gerkin or Israeli pickles
2-4 scallions
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
1 cup of frozen peas
 
Dressing
1 1/2 cups of mayo
1 tablespoons of dijon mustard
2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
